Mvb Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Pure8 ("Pure8", "we", "us" or "our").

THEY INCLUDE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS, A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, A MASS ACTION WAIVER AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER. THESE AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY USING OUR WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE OR BUY OUR PRODUCTS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the website and to every purchase you make from Pure8. Using the website or placing an order means you accept them.

Clicking a button, ticking a box or completing checkout counts as your electronic signature and agreement to these Terms, with the same effect as a signature on paper.

8. Personal Use Only
Our products are sold to end consumers for personal use only and not for resale. We may refuse or cancel orders we believe are placed by resellers or distributors.
9. Product Information; FDA Disclaimer; No Medical Advice
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on the website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
10. Product Use, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Use our products only as directed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Stop using a product and consult a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction. Individual results vary. You use our products at your own risk.
11. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities or cancel orders affected by an error, even after an order has been placed.
12. Orders and Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order, not that we accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any amount charged.
13. Pricing, Taxes and Promotions
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where available, and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. For orders outside the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply as described in our Shipping Policy. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
14. Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, you confirm you are authorized to use it and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for your order total, including taxes, and for any recurring subscription charges.
15. Merchant Descriptor
Charges from Pure8 will appear on your bank or card statement as Pure8. If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us before contacting your bank.
16. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing
If you choose a subscription, you agree that:
- Your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged at the frequency and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time through the Manage Your Subscription page or by emailing support@pure8.shop.
- To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 2 business days before your next billing date.
- Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund charges already processed, except as described in our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
- We will notify you before any change in subscription price.
17. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund / Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Purchases are final after 90 days from delivery.
18. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we can usually resolve billing issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide order, delivery and communication records to the payment provider, suspend your account or subscriptions, and refuse future orders.
19. Fraud Screening and Identity Verification
We and our payment processors may screen orders for fraud and may ask you to verify your identity or payment details. We may delay, cancel or refuse orders that appear suspicious.
20. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss
We ship worldwide as described in our Shipping Policy. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when we hand them to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim or find a solution.
21. Delivery Confirmation
Carrier tracking showing a package as delivered to the address you provided is treated as proof of delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
22. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, supplier shortages or government action.
23. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may link to or use third-party services (such as payment, subscription, review and shipping-tracking tools). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices.
24. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order messages from Pure8 at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
25. Email and Electronic Communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including order and subscription notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email; we will still send transactional messages about your orders.
26. Social Media
If you interact with us on social media, the terms of that platform also apply. We may share public posts that tag or mention Pure8, with your permission where required.
27. Reviews and Submissions
Reviews, photos, comments or other content you submit must be honest, lawful and your own. By submitting content, you grant Pure8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.
28. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and the Pure8 name, is owned by or licensed to Pure8 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.
29. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@pure8.shop including: your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR PRODUCTS.
31. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURE8 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
32. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Pure8 and its owners, employees and partners against claims, losses and costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website or products, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
33. Time Limit to File Claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim related to these Terms, the website or a product must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
34. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@pure8.shop and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
If we can't resolve it, you and Pure8 agree that any dispute will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies. The arbitrator's decision may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
35. Class Action Waiver
You and Pure8 may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding.
36. Mass Action Waiver
If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the help of the same law firm or coordinated group, they may be administered in batches, and the parties agree to cooperate in good faith on an efficient process.
37. Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Pure8 waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute that proceeds in court.
38. Right to Opt Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of your first purchase or of first accepting these Terms. Send it by mail to Mvb Global LLC, Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out, 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1223, Cheyenne, WY, United States, including your name, address, the email used for your order and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.
39. Claim-Specific Severability
If any part of the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim will proceed in court, while all other claims remain in arbitration.
40. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
41. Notices
We may send notices to the email address you provided. Legal notices to us should be sent to Mvb Global LLC, 1501 South Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1223, Cheyenne, WY, United States, with a copy to support@pure8.shop.
42. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or a successor business.
43. No Waiver
If we don't enforce any part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
44. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
45. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website or your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
46. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund / Cancellation Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Pure8 regarding the website and your purchases.
